The goal of the True Noth Mentorship Program is to Elevate the activities of minority Designers in the profession, social and political aspects of our communities by:

Supporting our members to advance their professional careers and successfully navigating transitions within their personal practice of architecture and/or design.

Providing experienced, confidential counsel for navigating your professional setting(s), community involvement and responsible expansion of your professional capacity.

Discover, empower and promote underrepresented mentees within diverse spheres of influence through professional development and design excellence.

Equipping mentees with tools for multigenerational advancement both laterally and vertically during your career.
