RALEIGH

Asya!

Meet

Welcome to our digital home!

Whether you are a licensed architect, an emerging designer, a student, or an allied professional, you have a vital seat at our table. North Carolina’s cities and towns are growing and transforming rapidly. Yet, a tremendous gap remains between the rich, multi-cultural fabric of our society and the demographic reality of our design professions. Our goal is clear: we need more diversity in the profession.

True industry transformation requires active, and sustained collaboration. We cannot do this work in isolation! We need your unique voice, your expertise, and your leadership to build a design industry where equity is the default, not the exception. Thank you for your dedication to our shared mission and we hope you join us in shaping a more just and beautiful North Carolina.
